I work with adults, offering short and long-term work. Sessions are 50 minutes long, and can be online or in-person, local to Brighton and Hove.

All aspects of life experience can be explored during therapy - it is not necessary to have a mental health issue or diagnosis. Often, presenting issues broaden to include other aspects of experience.

Common reasons for seeking therapy include anxiety, depression, shame, bereavement, grief, addiction, identity issues of all kinds including sex, gender, race and neurodiversity, marginalisation, relationships, family, stress, work-life balance, health and death anxiety, spirituality, life transitions, and questions around meaning in life.

At its core, therapy is a relationship between two people. For this reason, when choosing a therapist, I would encourage you to check you feel able to engage with the person sat across from you.

Initial session

Typically, we will arrange a first full session. During this session, we will explore what brings you to therapy, any questions you may have, and whether we could work well together. You then decide if you would like further sessions.
