About Sarah
I grew up in South Africa and Normandy before moving to the UK, where I completed an undergraduate degree in Social Anthropology at the London School of Economics and Political Science. This path deepened my curiosity about people, cultures, and the many ways we make sense of our lives.
I spent numerous years working in the charity and NGO sectors, in countries spanning Europe, South America and Africa. Alongside this, I trained as a Swedish Massage therapist, Death Doula and BFA qualified Focusing teacher. I have experience working with people in a large variety of settings and situations; from ex-child soldiers to corporate executives.
Having completed a Doctorate in Existential Psychotherapy, I now work primarily as a psychotherapist in Brighton and online.
Qualifications
I am currently completing a Doctorate in Existential Psychotherapy with the New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling. This will enable me to become a fully accredited member of the United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapy (UKCP).
